Complete our registration form for an upcoming course. Once we receive your registration, we will fax and then mail you your invoice. This is your confirmation.

Conditions
Payment or a purchase order number must be received before the course starts. Please make your cheque payable to Health & Safety Professionals Inc. Refunds are given for cancellations received five working days prior to the course date, less a $50.00 administration fee. "No-shows" will be charged the full fee. Substitutions are welcome. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes.

Supervisor course – Participants must be present for the full course to receive a certificate of completion. If participants miss any of the days, they are welcome to join us on another day, provided we have the space. If special arrangements are made to complete course dates, there will be a fee.
